All posters must be set up on Tuesday, 7 October, before 19.00 (7 PM) and taken down on Thursday, 9 October, morning before 12.00 (12.00 PM).

Instructions:

• All posters should include title, names of authors, institution, city and country. The lettering of the title should be at least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
• The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
• The language of the poster should be English.
• The poster orientation is portrait.
• The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait.
• Print your poster at the University of Copenhagen.
• Please bring your poster to the Course yourself.
• The Course Secretariat will provide equipment for setting up the posters on the boards (push pins/drawing pins).
• The Course Secretariat does not take responsibility for left or damaged posters.
